We want to take this opportunity to brag on one of our MSC alumni.
Cameron McCanless was a MSC student from Early Childhood through Middle School. Cameron was named this year's STAR Student at Morgan County High School. He recently scored a 1580 on his SAT. Cameron is also this year's Salutatorian. He was accepted into Georgia Technical College where he plans to study chemical engineering.
We are so proud of what he has accomplished and wish him the best in the exciting next chapter of his life.

Conyers resident Ureka Stanford helps her children, Madison, 2, and Joshua, 4, decorate comfort bags Friday in Mattie Moon’s and Nicki Daniecki’s early childhood class at the Montessori School of Covington. The class decorated bags to donate to foster children in the care of Department of Family and Children Services.

Anti-Litter program to compete nationally
What started as a community project at a local private school has turned into a project that will be introduced to public officials from around the nation.
The middle school students from the Montessori School of Covington recently won the 2011 Georgia Project Citizen showcase at the state Capitol in Atlanta for their project, Bottle Deposits: Reducing Georgia Litter.
